Day 226 of #LiveWell2017

Last night, I watched the sunset from the Rooftop Deck, my last Oregon sunset for awhile. Today, I say goodbye to Portland. I am so grateful for this beautiful city I’ve been lucky to call home for the past few years, and I am especially grateful for the people who have gifted me with friendship, love, laughter, and sweet memories here in the Pacific Northwest. Thank you.

 Today, we start a new chapter. Today, we appreciate each new precious moment.
