“Gratefulness is a muscle, not a feeling. You
need to work it out daily. Every morning, give
thanks to two people that helped you
yesterday and one person that will assist you
today. This will focus your mind on what you
have, and you’ll soon realize you are not alone.”-Tim Sanders, author of Love Is The Killer App: How To Win
Business & Influence Friends
Exercising my gratefulness muscle: Today, I’m grateful for George and Maco for helping locate a lost friend out in the wilds yesterday. They went above and beyond to get help to him in the scorching southwest Florida heat. And, I thank Janet who will be helping me think though a new program at work today. There is no limit to their giving…they are the best!
It’s nice to have people you know you can always count on to travel life’s path with you…
Who are you grateful for today?
Is it OK to use a group rather than a single person? I am grateful , today and always for my family, and their chosen spouses and children for providing the daily love and support that help draw me out of my “loner” (self inflicted) shell that I would live in constantly without them.
You can be grateful for anyone you choose. We’re glad you raised such great kids and grand kids who love you very much.
I LOVE this Deb! It is powerful and something we often forget to do.
