Well, the rain finally “came tumbling down” on our garden today – the first real rain we’ve had since we broke ground and started on this year’s food-growing venture. As you can see by these pictures, it has come a long way in two months – and we are beginning to enjoy the literal fruits of our labor. The best part is that we know exactly where this food came from, that is is completely organic and healthy, and it is much tastier than the vegetables we buy in the grocery store.
As I walked around the garden, this song came to mind, and I found a fun version of it by one of my favorite musicians, John Denver…enjoy.
