Who Judges You?

Seth Godin wrote in his blog today:

“The ability to choose who judges your work–the people who will make it better, use it and reward you–is the key building block in becoming an artist in whatever you do.”

In other words – surround yourself with people who help you grow and change and get better at what you do and who you are. And if you can’t do that where you are, find a place where you can…
